Kevin Dewayne Smith Jr., a 16-year-old African American male from Knoxville, TN, tragically died on December 3, 2008. He was found inside an apartment on the 400 block of S. Hall of Fame Drive with a gunshot wound to the head. The Knoxville Police Department responded to a call for a shooting and discovered his body. Despite extensive investigations, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made.
