Phillip Sneed, a 36-year-old male from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on July 21, 2020, in North Knoxville, Tennessee. His body was discovered in the 700 block of West Oak Hill Avenue, where he had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The Knoxville Police Department determined that the shooting was not random.
