Murdered

On June 29, 2016, Matheno El, a 25-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 800 block of Bladensburg Road, NE, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 10:20 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene in response to a "man down" call, they found Matheno El unconscious and unresponsive. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The homicide remains unsolved, and the police have not yet made any arrests.
