In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Marlon Turner was tragically cut short. On August 24, 2004, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Marlon, a male resident of Northwest Washington, was shot and killed in the 800 block of Ingraham Street, NW. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, casting a long shadow over the community. The Metropolitan Police Department promptly opened an investigation into his death, which they classified as a homicide.
