In the winter of 2019, a tragedy unfolded in North Knoxville, Tennessee, forever altering the lives of a local family. On the evening of December 29th, Christian Haley, a 20-year-old male, and his 19-year-old brother, Joshua Haley, were fatally shot inside their residence at the Rocky Top Apartments. The incident, which was reported to authorities around 5:41 p.m., was not a random act of violence.
