On a December day in 2011, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. Twenty-year-old Armando Jesus Carnel, also known by the alias Jesus Perra, found himself the victim of a violent robbery and shooting at the Walter P. Taylor Homes on December 16th.
