Andrew Drew Howell Sr

Andrew Graylin Howell Sr., a 24-year-old Black male from Knoxville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life in the spring of 2012. On the evening of March 31, 2012, Howell was shot at 1705 Washington Avenue. He was quickly transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away on April 1, 2012.
