Shirley Ingle, a 59-year-old woman from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically killed on January 2, 2014, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident involved her husband, Chad Ingle, who was 49 years old at the time. According to reports, Chad Ingle shot his wife multiple times as she attempted to flee their home.
