Martaysha Dashawn Yvette Flack, a 20-year-old African American woman from Knoxville, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on July 28, 2021. She was fatally shot at the Holston Oaks Apartments in East Knoxville. Martaysha was known for her vibrant personality and was attending the Paul Mitchell School of Beauty at the time of her death. She left behind a daughter, parents, and siblings.
