David Carter, a 40-year-old Caucasian male from Oakland, Tennessee, tragically died on August 15, 2020, in a boating accident on Pickwick Lake. David was an electrical engineer and a loving father to his daughter, Olivia, and stepchildren, Hunter and Kaelyn Lowe. He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
