Marlo LoDown Williams, a 35-year-old male from Memphis, TN, was tragically shot and killed inside his car in the parking lot of an IHOP on June 20, 2016. The incident occurred following an argument during a drug deal. Williams was then robbed by the assailant. The suspect, identified as 16-year-old Sebastian Vaughn, reportedly used a sawed-off shotgun to shoot Williams. After the murder, Vaughn sent a photo of the victim to multiple people on Snapchat.
