In the spring of 2019, the life of 29-year-old Jamarquis Hamilton was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence in Memphis, Tennessee. On the evening of Sunday, March 17, 2019, shots rang out on Peppermill Lane, leaving Hamilton fatally wounded and another individual injured.
