Patrick Gerard McVey, aged 57, was shot and killed on November 9, 2016, while driving on southbound Interstate 55 near Loughborough Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. McVey was found in his dark grey Ford Explorer, slumped behind the wheel, after a Missouri Department of Transportation worker noticed the vehicle parked on the shoulder of the highway.
