In the late hours of a Saturday night in St. Louis, a gathering of around 200 young people in a parking lot in the Midtown neighborhood turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 19-year-old Eddie Randle Jr. The incident, which unfolded around midnight on May 18, 2024, in the 3000 block of Olive Street, also left three other individuals wounded. Gunshots erupted from a car, tearing through the crowd and leaving a tragic aftermath.
