On the evening of February 3, 2010, a violent double homicide occurred in the Kingsway West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of 26-year-old Marquis Jones. Jones was driving a vehicle in the 4200 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive around 6:00 p.m. when he pulled over to the curb to wait for friends who were following in a separate car.
