In the late summer of 2017, a violent incident unfolded in the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of a local resident. On the night of August 23, 2017, police officers were summoned to the northern section of the city following reports of gunfire. Upon arriving at the scene, which was located near the intersection of North Broadway and Halls Ferry Road, first responders discovered a male victim suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
