Eldin James Rogers, a 4-year-old boy from Clarksville, TN, tragically passed away on August 17, 2014, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on December 2, 2009, in Cottonwood, AZ, to Jestin Dale Rogers and Rachel Hamilton Rogers. Eldin was a young boy of Caucasian ethnicity.
