Isaiah Starks, a 21-year-old male from Nashville, TN, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2015. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex on First Avenue South, where Isaiah was allegedly involved in an argument with his girlfriend in a public housing parking lot. Shortly after the altercation, Isaiah was shot by an individual in a passing car. He was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
