Kendrick Frazier, a 25-year-old male, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was fatally shot at Paul's Market on Jefferson Street. Frazier managed to drive himself to General Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest before being transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
