Charles Holsey, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 2, 2015, in Chattanooga, TN. The incident occurred during a drug deal on Sylvan Drive. According to police reports, a fight broke out during the transaction, and Holsey was shot once in the back. He managed to drive away but was involved in a crash shortly afterward on North Market Street. Despite being taken to a local hospital, Holsey succumbed to his injuries.
