In the late summer of 2015, the life of a young Knoxville man was tragically cut short, leaving a family in mourning and a community with unanswered questions. On Sunday, September 20, 2015, 19-year-old Kameron Dewayne Mills was found deceased in a quiet neighborhood. His body was discovered lying outside a house at 2029 Goforth Avenue, a residence that had stood vacant for a considerable time.
