In the winter of 2023, the life of 51-year-old Christopher 'Chris' Charles Hill, a husband and father from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short in what police have described as an apparent targeted shooting. On the afternoon of Wednesday, December 13, 2023, Knoxville Police Department officers were called to the scene at 218 E. Depot Avenue, where they found Hill unresponsive next to a box truck.
