On a late November evening in 2015, the life of 23-year-old Devin Markell Blair was tragically cut short in Clarksville, Tennessee. On November 30th, around 9:50 p.m., Clarksville Police responded to a call of a shooting at an apartment complex located at 378 Jack Miller Blvd. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Blair suffering from a gunshot wound.
Emergency services transported him to Gateway Regional Medical Center.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Devin Markell Blair succumbed to his injuries and passed away. He was a graduate of Northwest High School and an employee at A.O. Smith.
In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, the Clarksville Police Department appealed to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the person or persons responsible for Blair's death.
