Ontario Manning, a 22-year-old male, was tragically pronounced dead on the scene on East Levi Road, just east of Neely Road in South Memphis on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at approximately 8:35 a.m. Officers arrived to find Manning deceased, and the incident was quickly classified as a homicide.
