Claude Bell, a 26-year-old male from Memphis, TN, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2016. He was fatally shot outside the Cash Express on Ridgeway Road around 3:30 a.m. Bell was found with a gunshot wound and was rushed to the Regional Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
