In the Soulsville neighborhood of Memphis on the afternoon of January 29, 2025, a dispute inside a home on College Park Drive took a tragic and violent turn. Leon Parker, a 30-year-old man, was present when an argument, reportedly sparked by a dice game, escalated into an exchange of gunfire. When Memphis Police responded to the scene just after 3:30 p.m., they discovered a chaotic and grim situation with five people having been shot.
