In the early morning hours of July 23, 2016, a day that began like any other for 29-year-old Billy Ray Plunk, ended in a sudden and violent tragedy. A resident of Nashville, Tennessee, Plunk was a beloved father, son, and brother, known for his warm smile and generous hugs.
