Billy Ray Plunk, a 29-year-old man from Nashville, TN, was tragically shot and killed on July 23, 2016, in the parking lot of the Iroquois Apartments in Bellevue. Plunk and his brother were approached by two men in a silver SUV who demanded money. Although Plunk complied with the robbers' demands, one of the suspects shot him multiple times, leading to his death at the scene. His brother was unharmed.
