In the late hours of a Thursday night in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of Justin D. Divens, a 32-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On March 19, 2020, Divens was shot multiple times inside his own dark gray Dodge Charger. In a brutal sequence of events, he was then pushed out of the moving vehicle onto Old Hickory Boulevard near Gray Avenue.
