Paul Charles Jr., a 58-year-old man from Millington, TN, was found dead in his house on September 14, 2016. He was a retired employee of the City of Memphis Division of Public Works and was well-regarded in his community for his kindness and generosity. Charles was survived by his mother Carmen Charles, daughter Jennifer Singleton, and several siblings.
