Timothy Sean Carver, a 55-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of November 12, 2021, at a Margaritas restaurant in Millington, Tennessee. A lifelong resident of the Millington area, Carver was known as an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

On the night of the incident, another customer, Juston McKnight, 30, of Memphis, became irate and was causing a disturbance at the restaurant. Carver intervened to assist the restaurant's management in removing McKnight from the ...
