OShay Rutledge, a 24-year-old male from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically shot to death on October 25, 2016. He was found near Church Street in Midtown Nashville, having been hit in the head. OShay managed to run to a nearby hookah bar for help before being taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
