On a cold December evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 38-year-old Phellepe Laron Hall was tragically cut short. On Sunday, December 14, 2014, at approximately 10:00 p.m., police responded to a call of shots fired at the entrance of an apartment complex located at 2900 Baby Ruth Lane.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Hall in the driver's seat of a dark gray Toyota Corolla. The driver's side door was open, and he had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
Despite the immediate response from law enforcement, the individual or individuals responsible for his death had already fled the scene.
