Alana Tello, a 16-year-old girl from Memphis, TN, was tragically killed on November 1, 2016, in a shooting at Zodiac Park. Alana, who was of Hispanic descent, was among a group of teens who had gathered at the park to witness a fight. The altercation, which was initially intended to be a physical confrontation between two groups of girls, escalated when gunmen with bandanas over their faces opened fire on the crowd.
