William Vinson, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Humboldt, Tennessee, tragically died on January 31, 2017. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 900 block of North 13th Avenue in Humboldt. The Humboldt Police Department identified his death as a homicide and believe it was targeted. Vinson's death was the first homicide in Humboldt in over two years.
