In early February 2017, the discovery of a body under a bridge near Briley Parkway in Nashville, Tennessee, launched a homicide investigation into the death of 30-year-old Antonio Roberts. An African-American male, Roberts was found on February 5, 2017, having apparently been shot before his body was left at the scene.
