On a spring night in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 27-year-old Nigel Phill was tragically cut short. On May 14, 2017, Phill was fatally shot in what has been described as a parking lot shootout outside the Cloud IX hookah lounge located on Gallatin Road in East Nashville.
