Nigel Phill, a 27-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2017. He was shot and killed in the parking lot behind Cloud IX Hookah Bar and Lounge in East Nashville during the early hours of Mother's Day. The incident occurred around 1 a.m., and Nigel was taken to Skyline Medical Center by a private vehicle, where he was pronounced dead.
