D'Marcus LaDell Collins, a 24-year-old male from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2017. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly distressing as it was revealed that Lamarcus Quintez Smith admitted to killing Collins. Smith claimed that a cousin of Collins had previously shot at him, and in retaliation, he decided to "make him feel it".
