In the autumn of 2016, the life of 47-year-old Howard Donnell Simmons, a resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Simmons, a graduate of the Howard High School class of 1987, passed away on October 24, 2016. In the wake of his death, he was remembered by a loving and devoted wife, LaTonia Simmons, and a son, David Townsend. His passing also left a void in the lives of his mothers, Linda Williams and Blinda Frazier, as well as his grandchildren, sister, and brothers.
