Howard Donnell Simmons, a 47-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, TN, tragically passed away on October 24, 2016. He was a graduate of Howard High School, class of 1987, and was well-regarded in his community. Howard was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Williams, and grandmother, Peggy Williams.
