In the autumn of 2015, the life of 20-year-old Percy Allen was tragically cut short in his Chattanooga, Tennessee home. On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 20th, police responded to a call of a possible robbery at his residence in the East Lake Courts apartment complex. Upon arrival, they discovered Allen deceased inside; he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the neck.
