On October 6, 2017, 35-year-old Quinton Thornton was fatally shot at a Marathon gas station near Hadley Park in Nashville, TN. Thornton was at a pump near his car when he was shot in the back by Danny Haskins, 57, following an argument. The shooter then fled the scene in a gray Lincoln Continental driven by Terry Martin, 20, who served as the getaway driver.
