In the autumn of 2017, the life of 35-year-old Phillip Pero was tragically cut short in a quiet neighborhood in Spring Hill, Tennessee. On the afternoon of Sunday, October 29th, police were called to a residence on Iroquois Drive, where they discovered Pero in the garage with a fatal gunshot wound. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene, marking the beginning of a homicide investigation that would quickly lead to a statewide manhunt.
