In the early morning hours of Saturday, October 26, 2024, a quiet road in Cordova, Tennessee, became the scene of a tragic discovery. Just after 7 a.m., the Shelby County Sheriff's Office received a report of a car that had crashed into a fence in the 9300 block of Macon Road, just east of Rebel Road. Inside the vehicle, first responders found a man who had sustained a gunshot wound.
