James Wells, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 5, 2018, in Clarksville, Tennessee. The incident occurred during a drug transaction in the parking lot of The Verge apartments on Nolen Road. Wells was involved in a confrontation with three suspects who intended to rob him of heroin and cash.
