Randy Lee Fannin, aged 62, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2011, in a mass shooting at Salon Meritage in Seal Beach, California. Fannin, the owner of the salon, was among the eight victims who were fatally shot by Scott Evans Dekraai. The incident occurred shortly before 1:30 PM when Dekraai, armed with multiple firearms, entered the salon and opened fire.
