Carl Fowler, a 13-year-old boy from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically died on November 25, 2017, due to an accidental shooting. Carl was with two friends, playing video games at a home in Hickory Hill when one of the friends, a 13-year-old boy, pulled out a shotgun. The gun accidentally discharged, shooting Carl in the head. Despite efforts to save him, Carl was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident was ruled as an accident, and the 13-year-old friend was charged with reckless homicide.
