Terrill Neely, a 25-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically killed on December 10, 2017. Neely was sitting in his car in front of his house on Elbert Street in the Frayser neighborhood when two men approached and opened fire. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Neely was pronounced dead at the scene.
