Chandra Mays, a 29-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on January 1, 2018, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the early hours of New Year's Day, when deputies were called to the 6000 block of Ragan Farms shortly after 2 a.m. They found Chandra Mays shot to death at the scene.
