Antonio Maurice Batts, a 40-year-old male, was fatally shot on the night of July 18, 2018, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was sitting on the porch of a home in the 1600 block of 16th Avenue North when an unidentified gunman approached and fired multiple shots at him. Despite being able to run next door for help, Batts succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
