In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 9, 2018, the life of 31-year-old Prentice Pleas, a male from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Reports of gunfire drew Memphis Police officers to an Exxon gas station located at 4675 South Third Street at approximately 1:20 a.m. Behind the station, in a wooded area, they discovered Mr. Pleas's body.
