Angel Hernandez, a 3-year-old boy of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on September 30, 2018, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred when Angel was sitting on the porch steps of his home with his father, Argel Hernandez-Escobar. Unfortunately, while his father was holding a pistol, it accidentally discharged, striking Angel and causing fatal injuries.
